With over 2 Decades of hands-on experience and a visionary perspective, Mr. Santosh Jain initiated his professional journey at a young age, propelled by a profound passion for entrepreneurship. Throughout his illustrious career, he consistently established notable benchmarks across various domains and played a pivotal role in shaping some of Pune's most remarkable residential high-rise developments. Recognising the dynamic nature of the building materials industry, he seized opportunities for vertical integration, capitalising on the rapid pace of innovation in this sector. Holding a B-Tech Degree in chemical technology and being a gold medallist, he further augmented his skills through a management course at MIT School of Business.
Mr. Nilesh Vilaskumar Palresha
Bringing 20 years of industrial expertise to his role Mr. Nilesh Palresha epitomises the new generation entrepreneur by seamlessly blending time-honoured traditional strategies with modern management philosophies. Mr. Palresha places a high value on adaptability, championing ongoing change, and prioritising customer-centric approaches. His extensive experience spans all facets of the organisation, specifically focusing on steering the building materials division to success. Armed with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from VIT, Pune, and a management course from SP Jain School of Global Management, Mr. Nilesh initially worked with Tata Motors for a year before joining the group. He enriched his knowledge further by attending a course in Strategic Management at Harvard Business School.
